that's a great rei drawing, i like her expression. if you were to take it further, i'd only adjust the left hand (i don't think it's wrapping around the staff quite right), and the chest area (you can use shading to imply the ^small breast bumps, the lines in the middle are unnecessary i think)

the chest looks better for sure. the hands are looking better, but the grip is a little strange. hands in that kind of pose are pretty difficult. the best way to nail it may be to find a similar reference, or even take a picture of your own hand holding something.
